CSCW is a way to design a system that is used to help work as a group and how to understand the impact of technology on their work patterns
CSCW is a groupware system that supports the work of Phenomena that arise in the use of computers for communication media

    * Personal space: everybody tends to maintain a certain distance with his interlocutors

    * Contacts and eye gaze
    * Gesture and body language

    * Back-channel (listener response in the form of body movement)

    * Turn-taking (the role of speaker and listener exchanged)
